A hard cheese with good umami.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description: <\/strong>Soleglad vellagra XII is matured for at least twelve months and has a rich and full-bodied flavour. The texture is firm, and the cheese is a bit similar to Parmesan. You can use it as a Parmesan, for pasta dishes, potato dishes and salads, or just enjoy it cut into cubes.
