Feel free to serve good wholemeal bread on the side.<\/p>\n\t<p>4 portions<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>4 dl macaroni, preferably whole grain<\/p>\n1 head of cauliflower<br>\n1 teaspoon of salt\n<p>4 DL water<\/p>\n<p>1 onion<\/p>\n2 tablespoons of butter<br>\n4 tablespoons of wheat flour\n<p>6 dl whole milk<\/p>\n<p>1 clove of garlic<\/p>\n<p>150 g yellow cheese<\/p>\n<p>2 eggs<\/p>\n<p>200 g cooked ham<\/p>\n<p>100 g cured ham<\/p>\n<p>about. 1 teaspoon of salt<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp pepper<\/p>\n<p>Topping:<\/p>\n<p>100 g yellow cheese<\/p>\n<p>3 slices of cured ham<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 handful of thyme<\/p>\n<p>Decorations:<\/p>\n<p>3 slices of cured ham<\/p>\n<p>a few stalks of thyme<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tThis is what you do:\n\t<\/h2>\n\tCook the macaroni as directed on the package. Drain the water well and set aside.<br>\nClean and divide the cauliflower into small heads. Boil it until tender in lightly salted water, drain and allow the florets to steam lightly.\n<p>Melt the butter over medium heat in a saucepan. Add flour and stir well. Add the milk, a little at a time, to a thick sauce. Add finely chopped garlic.<\/p>\n<p>Grate the cheese and put it in the sauce, stir until the cheese has dissolved.<\/p>\n<p>Put the eggs in a bowl, beat them together lightly with a fork, add the eggs and fold them into the cheese sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Tilsett makaroni og biter av skinke og spekeskinke i sausen, og bland godt. Smak til med salt og pepper.&nbsp; Hell blandingen over i en ildfast form.<\/p>\n<p>Grate cheese and sprinkle over.
