Har ledet Norges- og Oslo Servit\u00f8rlaug; arrangert og v\u00e6rt dommer i OsloCup for servit\u00f8rl\u00e6rlinger og hadde i en \u00e5rrekke ansvaret for de st\u00f8rste ostediskene i ICA kjeden. Har de siste syv \u00e5rene v\u00e6rt leder i OsteAkademiet, hos OsteCompagniet, et datterselskap av TINE. OsteAkademiet holder ostekurs for dagligvarehandelen over hele landet. Har ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6rt dommer under NM i Norsk Gardsost de to siste \u00e5rene.<\/p>\n\u00b7 What is it like to be a judge in the World Cheese Championship, one of the most important competitions for cheese in the world? <\/em>– Det er en stor \u00e6re \u00e5 f\u00e5 v\u00e6re med som dommer. Jeg ser fram til \u00e5 f\u00e5 oppleve deilig ost fra hele verden sammen med andre osteelskere. I tillegg regner jeg med \u00e5 f\u00e5 enda mer kunnskap om ost. \n– Hva kan v\u00e6re verdien av at Oste-VM arrangeres i Norge? – <\/em>That more people will open their eyes to the many wonderful Norwegian cheeses that are loved throughout the country. \n– Hvordan kan vi inspireres til \u00e5 smake nye norske oster? <\/em>– Produsentene er i dag flinke til \u00e5 stille opp p\u00e5 ulike markeder og festivaler. Dagligvarehandelen m\u00e5 bli enda flinkere til \u00e5 sette av tid til ostedisken slik at kundene f\u00e5r se og smake alt det Norge har \u00e5 tilby.\n– Hva er ditt beste osteminne? <\/em>– Det er vanskelig \u00e5 velge et osteminne. Min mamma tok meg p\u00e5 fersken i spiskammeret da jeg var to \u00e5r gammel, da satt jeg og mesket meg med Roquefort. Jeg har f\u00e5tt smake en 11 \u00e5r gammel Norvegia, spist fermentert Ricotta hos en g\u00e5rdsyster i Italia og snust og smakt meg gjennom mange meierier i Norge. Alle er gode minner. \n– Hva er ditt beste serveringstips til ost? <\/em>– Det trenger ikke \u00e5 v\u00e6re s\u00e5 komplisert.
