\n\t\t\tHol Ysteri – Prestholt Geitost\t<\/h2>\n\t

To begin with, production was focused on brown cheese and meat, but from 2016, when new production facilities in Hol Ysteri were ready, the production of white goat\u2019s cheese and other products such as yogurt from goat's milk has increased.<\/p>\n

Prestholt Goat cheese at Prestholt is located at 1,242 meters above sea level as one of the highest lying st\u00f8les in Norway, at the foot of the Hallingskarvet, partly in the Hallingskarvet National Park. We have produced real brown goat cheese at Prestholt since 1990. You can also find us in the center of Hol, look for Hol ysteri.<\/p>\n

Prestholt has established itself with the production of award-winning cheeses based on goat's milk.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Prestholt\"\n
