Pultost (traditional cheese) and soured cream are the main products, although butter is sometimes also produced. Using fresh, unpasteurised milk from their own animals is important to Strandmo, so that they preserve the natural properties and good taste of the milk in the best way. The farm has high demands for quality at all levels, also when it comes to breeding and animal welfare.
