Now the goal has been achieved and 60<br>\nwheel Kraftkar has arrived in Barcelona. - The food nation Norway needs such lighthouses, says agricultural<br>\nand Food Minister Olaug Bollestad.<br>\nIn February 2017, right after Kraftkar won the World Cheese Awards, the Spaniard Enric Canut joined<br>\nTingvollost visiting. The aim was to buy Kraftkar for the Ardai restaurant in Barcelona. His first<br>\norder was for 142 wheel Kraftkar, an unimaginably large order for a small cheese producer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>At the time, we had absolutely no capacity to think about exports. That&#039;s why it&#039;s extra fun to<br>\ncould send 60 wheel Kraftkar to Enric in Spain now. He has really shown that he wants to buy our cheese,<br>\nsays Solvor Waagen, general manager of Tingvollost.<br>\nSatisfied minister<\/li><li>Tingvollost and Kraftkar have truly put Norway on the international food map. They have gone ahead<br>\nall the way, with an uncompromising attitude to quality, which led to victory in the World Cheese Championship in 2016. Now they take<br>\nstepped out into the world again, and will export Kraftkar to Spain. The food nation Norway needs these<br>\nlighthouse, which leads the way and shows that Norway has quality products that can assert themselves in competitions and in<br>\nexports, says a satisfied Agriculture and Food Minister Olaug Bollestad.<br>\nOne of Spain&#039;s foremost<br>\nEnric Canut was a judge during the World Cheese Championships when Kraftkar went all the way to the top. After 40 years in the cheese business is<br>\nhe is well known as a cheese specialist and food consultant in Spain, with several cheese books and TV shows<br>\nradio programs behind.<\/li><li>We are very pleased and happy to finally have Kraftkar in Ardai&#039;s portfolio, says Canut.<br>\nTingvollost, for its part, is proud that Norwegian craft cheeses are attractive for export.<\/li><li>This was unthinkable five years ago. Norway now has a rich selection of international artisanal cheeses<br>\nquality and the export potential is absolutely there, says Solvor Waagen.<br>\nHelp from Bergen<br>\nThe company Eurosupply in Bergen has helped Tingvollost with both customs and shipping.<\/li><li>They have been very helpful, and have made the export threshold much lower for us. Customs papers<br>\ncombined with an unbroken cold chain to Spain is not a foregone conclusion for a small producer like us,<br>\nsays Waagen.<br>\nTingvollost does not have the capacity to export much, but thinks it is important to showcase Norway<br>\nabroad.<\/li><li>Our main focus is still on the Norwegian market, but we have to admit that it is great<br>\nsend Norwegian craft cheese abroad!
