Brimi s\u00e6ter is located on the outskirts of the Jotunheimen national park in Lom with continuous farming for hundreds of years. We refine almost all the farm\u2019s milk into traditional products with a long history, which we learned from the old milkmaid Embj\u00f8rg, who is now over 90 years old. She has been a milkmaid for over 60 summers. Parts of our cow herd are old Norwegian cow breeds. In addition, we have 40 outdoor pigs at the farm, who eat nutritious whey from the cheese production.<\/p>\n

Brimi S\u00e6ter is open to guests during the summer season. There, you can experience the traditional farm life with milking, cheese making, grazing animals and taste real farm food. We have accommodation in old farmhouses, a farm shop and farm caf\u00e9, and every evening we serve a 4-course \"Skr\u00e5p\u00e5 t\u00e5\" meal at the long table in the barn.
