\n\t\tFornes G\u00e5rd\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

Fornes G\u00e5rd is a traditional farm in Tr\u00f8ndelag, run by Gry Fornes and Eirik Yven. The farm is located right next to the river Forra in Hegra where we offer a salmon fishing area of about 2 kilometres, as well as accommodation on the old farm at Nesset. The river is a good fishing river even on low water levels and offers deep pits, strong currents and calm sections that give you the opportunity to challenge yourself with both lure fishing and fly fishing.<\/p>\n

In 2015, we started beekeeping. We started with two beehives and have since then expanded to between 50-70 beehives. The main area for the bees is in Stj\u00f8rdalsf\u00f8ret, where the bees make mild summer honey, while in late summer all the beehives are moved to Hitra to produce more flavourful heather honey.<\/p>\n

In our dairy, we make several cheeses, including fresh mozzarella, the frying cheese Spigiln and our more flavourful cheeses: the white mould cheese Skarven and the blue mould cheese Bl\u00e5st\u00f8yten.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Fornes\n
