Some use it in ravioli. Others wait until dessert. Also try S\u00f8rlandsk Ricotta with honey and roasted nuts. White, soft and non-matured cheese made of whey from cow's milk. Creamy consistency, but still a lean product with a maximum of 10 % fat content and rich in protein.
