The cheese can be used for pizza, salads or cakes, such as lemon cake. It is very lean, but still nutritious.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong>: The whey is heated to about 80 degrees Celsius. At this temperature, the whey protein (albumin) is separated out. Albumin is concentrated protein.
