It is crisp and fresh as a summer breeze.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong> In Apal, you get all of Skarb\u00f8 Gard in a small piece. The cheese is made of dairy from our cows, combined with cider from apples grown on the farm. Apal means apple tree, so that is how the cheese got its name.
