Kremet og s\u00f8tlig med gode muggtoner, friskhet og salt. Lang ettersmak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong>: The cheese is first matured in a maturing cellar for two months. There, the cheese is turned, moved and tended to every week. The ripening cellar makes R\u00e5bl\u00e5 unlike other blue cheeses in the Norwegian cheese landscape; The maturation crust gives it a distinctive character. The cheese is then wrapped and matured at a low temperature to get a rich flavour. R\u00e5bl\u00e5 won gold in the World Cheese Awards 2018 and was named cheese of the year in the competition Det Norske M\u00e5ltid 2018! Gold in the Norwegian Cheese Championship 2021.
