The combination of milk from both goat and cow gives the cheese its distinctive character.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong>: Solglad is a washed-rind cheese made from goat's milk and cow's milk, and it works well on a cheese board. It also has good melting properties and tastes delicious on a pizza or burger.
