Storing the cheese until it approaches its expiration date can make it firmer and more flavourful.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong>: Vismann is often referred to as Kraftkar\u2019s little brother, although Vismann was actually developed before Kraftkar. Goes well with sweet foods, nuts and honey. The cheese should be enjoyed at room temperature to enhance the flavours.
