Uppistog Gard

Uppistog Gard Uppistog farm is located in the middle of Setesdalen. We have 30 dairy goats that maintain a selected old cultural landscape.

Here, all of our own organic milk is processed into cheese and yogurt in our little cheese factory. We also produce goat meat and pork from outdoor pigs who eat whey from the cheese production. In addition, we produce delicious organic vegetables in the summer.
