					<description><![CDATA[<p>Sognakvitosten er ein halvfast kvit geitost laga av nysilt (upasteurisert) geitemjølk, syrekultur og løype.</p>
<p>Denne osten representerar ein tradisjon som er felles for dei indre Sognebygdene. Difor kallar vi den usalta kvitostvarianten vår for Sognakvitost. Sognakvitost vart, og blir brukt, i det daglege  kostholdet til middag og saltmat, særleg av dei eldre sogningane.</p>
<p>Osten finst i tre mogningsgradar: nylagra (2-3 mnd), mellomlagra (3-6 mnd) og vellagra (6-12 mnd). Den bør oppbevarast kjølig, godt innpakka eller under osteklokke. Tempererast før måltidet.</p>
