<p>Smaken kan beskrives som aromatisk og fyldig. Osten egner seg meget godt i varmretter som pasta og pizza, dressinger, dipper, supper, sauser og ostekremer.</p>
<p>Norzola® ble utviklet og lansert i 1975 og kan beskrives som den norske versjonen av den italienske blåmuggosten Gorgonzola, derav navnet Norzola.</p>
