					<description><![CDATA[<p>Prosten er ein modna kremost av geitemjølk, det nordmenn liker å kalle chevre. Denne blir laga heile året, både på stølsmjølk og vintermjølk. Prosten hadde namnet Presten tidligare, etter den tidlegare (gamle) presten i Ostebygda, som no har blitt Prost. Han er glad i å lage mat og svært entusiastisk til ost, og han forkynner gjerne den glade bodskapen om lokale ysteri og lokalprodusert ost.</p>
<p>Kva med å varme heile osten i oven på 200 grader i 4 minutter? Serveres med søtt følgje.</p>

<p>En ferskost "modnet" med melkesopp. Strømmen chevre fikk gull under NM i ost i 2019. Chevre kan brukes på brødskive eller kjeks, den er god med honning på, eller bruk den i salaten, grillet, i sauser eller gratinert. </p>
<p>Chevre lunet i ovn og servert med multer som dessert er nydelig.</p>
