Ridder Classic

Ridder® Classic is a putty-ripened, world-class cheese! During the Oste WC in 2019, it was honored with a silver medal. Ridder® Classic is a semi-firm cheese with an exceptionally rich, piquant taste and aroma.

The putty-ripened cheese has a beautiful orange-yellow colour, supple texture and edible rind. Ridder® Classic is wrapped in foil so that the taste develops over time.

Ridder® goes well as a topping, for cheese platters, snacks and dessert. The cheese has been produced at TINE Midt-Norge Tresfjord ever since 1969.

Norsk Port Salut

Norwegian Port Salut is a semi-firm, putty-ripened cheese with French ancestry.

The cheese has a piped perforation, and an aromatic and slightly sharp taste. The rind is slightly moist, and has a uniform yellow-red colour, while the inside of the cheese is cream-coloured. Norwegian Port Salut is excellent as a topping, in a cheese platter, as a snack and dessert. Also suitable for raclette. Tips for side dishes: fruit, ham, asparagus and good bread.

TINE Nøkkel Lett is a semi-firm white cheese with a spicy taste of cumin and cloves, and a slightly acidic aroma. The cheese has less fat than the original key cheese and qualifies to carry the Keyhole. TINE Nøkkel Lett is marked with a keyhole and contains 16% grease.

TINE Norsk Edamer Vellagret

TINE Norsk Edamer Vellagret is a Norwegian-produced semi-hard, matured cheese that originally originates from the town of Edam in Holland. The cheese is pliable, can be cut with a plane and knife. It has an extra rich, clean, sour and aromatic taste. TINE Norsk Edamer Vellagret is stored for a minimum of 12 months.

Edam is the Christmas cheese more than anyone. The cheese is very suitable for cold cuts, salad and in hot cheese dishes. TINE Norsk Edamer Vellagret can be marinated.

TINE Gräddost

TINE® Norsk Gräddost is a Norwegian-produced variant of similar cheese types in Sweden and Denmark. The name indicates that it is a cream cheese, and the cheese has a mild, rich taste.

TINE® Norsk Gräddost is quite soft in consistency and should be cut into thick slices with a knife. The cheese is considered a typical dessert cheese, which can, for example, be enjoyed together with grapes or other fresh fruit. TINE® Norsk Gräddost also tastes very good as a topping on a slice of bread.

Norsk Sveitser vellagret

TINE® Norsk Sveitser® Vellagret is a semi-firm white cheese that is produced in large wheels with a crust with large, round holes. It has matured to become fuller, more distinctive and full of flavor with a slightly sweet aroma. TINE® Norsk Sveitser® goes very well with bread. Try it in salads, on pizza, in a pie, on cheese sticks or grated on a tortilla. TINE® Norsk Sveitser® Vellagret can also be marinated.

TINE® Norsk Sveitser® Vellagret is made according to real traditional methods. Norwegian Switzerland's exciting history began as early as 1815, when Jacob Sverdrup founded Norway's first cheese factory in Vestfold. As a pioneer, he got Swiss cheesemakers to travel around and conduct training at the dairies in the noble craft. Osten Sveitser was popular with nobility and consuls with its combination of unique Norwegian milk and Swiss cheese expertise. Today we have a cheese with high quality and a distinctive taste. Namdalsgomme

Namdalsgomme is made by boiling down curd and whey concentrate. The palate has a semi-firm, easily cut consistency, without being directly spreadable. Namdalsgomme is a bit coarse, and the cheese grains are noticeable.

The taste is round and sweet, with a clear spice flavor of cardamom and cinnamon. Namdalsgomme has an even, light yellow-brown color with a layer of cinnamon on top. Roll plenty of gum into lefsers, lomps and waffles and serve for breakfast, lunch or with coffee. Lefse med gomme is good and nutritious food. Namdal gomme is also good as a topping for sandwiches. Namdalsgomme is gluten-free, and can therefore be eaten by those with gluten intolerance.
