Description: Steinfjording is a semi-hard white goat’s cheese. The cheese is produced from its own fresh organic - biodynamic goat’s milk. Its maturation time ranges from young to well-matured, and it is produced in different varieties - Naturell (plain), Steinfjording Bukkehornskløver (fenugreek) and Steinfjording Nøkkel (traditional caraway cheese). Naturell has been awarded the Speciality label.
