Flavour: Nidelven Blå is a soft blue cheese. The flavour changes and becomes stronger as it matures.
Description: Large, semi-hard blue cheese with a strong flavour when it has matured. Goes well with figs and port wine. The cheese won gold at the World Cheese Awards in 2018 and super gold at the 2019 Awards, and it was the highest-scoring Norwegian cheese. It tastes best 4-10 months after production.
