Flavour: Mild goat’s cheese with a taste of salty sea and a hint of truffle.
Description: The so-called “truffle seaweed” was first combined with Myrdal’s white goat’s cheese in 2017. The white goat’s cheese is marbled by the truffle seaweed. A new flavour experience for most people. The cheese works great combined with cider or beer.
