Maturation time: Medium matured (minimum 3 months)
Flavour: Acidic and full-bodied flavour, with a nice mould flavour from the natural crust.
Description: The cheese is made from fresh milk and matured for a minimum of three months with a natural crust. Available in whole wheels of about 1.5 kg or in vacuum packed pieces of 200-250 grams.
