Bruno's Taco
Friday tacos are firmly on the menu in many homes. Perhaps the best we can hope for is to add some new and exciting ingredients for variation. We have an incredible number of exciting cheeses. Why not try with cheddar or brown cheese on the Friday taco?
In this recipe from the Brunost book, several of the traditional ingredients have been replaced.
Mountain taco with goat cheese
(8 starter portions or 4 lunch portions)
60 g Sognemorr/other morr sausage
1 green apple
80 g radishes
100 g sugar snap peas
3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 pcs. Heart salad
60 g grated goat's cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
Freshly ground salt and pepper
Lone dream
Fry slices of sausage in a frying pan until they become crispy. Place the slices on a kitchen paper/squeeze out excess fat. Add approx. a quarter of the slices on top each other and cut into strips.
Wash and cut the apple, radishes and sugar peas into small pieces, and put it in a salad bowl.
Wash and set aside 8 pcs. the courgette leaves for serving.
Chop the rest of the salad into pieces and put them in the salad bowl as well.
Put in the sausage pieces, olive oil and season with freshly ground salt and pepper.
Mix together.
Grate goat cheese and put in a bowl.
Serve the salad on the scallop leaves and top with sour cream and goat's cheese.
