Bruno's Taco

Bruno's Taco

Friday tacos are firmly on the menu in many homes. Perhaps the best we can hope for is to add some new and exciting ingredients for variation. We have an incredible number of exciting cheeses. Why not try with cheddar or brown cheese on the Friday taco?

In this recipe from the Brunost book, several of the traditional ingredients have been replaced.
