Industry dinner - Cheese Championship

Oste-VM is pleased to invite the industry to dinner at Scandic hotel Lerkendal at 20.00, Friday 27.10.23. Mingling from 19.00 with actors in the food and drink industry, both Norwegian and international. This dinner will run parallel to the judges' dinner at Britannia. 


The menu is filled with local and Norwegian ingredients

Salmon from Frøya
Served with cucumber salad from Frosta and the kitchen's vinaigrette.

Reindeer from Liere
Broccoli, carrot, celery puree and pearthe lepot from Frosta. Served with cheese sauce

Red wine - Arc cotes du rhone rouge / Apple most Discovery Hardanger


Panna cotta
Made from yoghurt from Røros. Served with raspberry sorbet from Gangstad and fresh berries.




3-course meal incl. aperitif: 1075,-

Drinks for food are bought in the bar.
