Industry dinner - Cheese Championship

Oste-VM har gleden av å invitere bransjen til middag på Scandic hotell Lerkendal kl 19.30, fredag 27.10.23. Mingling fra kl 19.00 med aktører i mat- og drikkebransjen, både norske og internasjonale. Denne middagen vil gå parallelt med dommermiddagen på Britannia.

Aperitif

Blow of wind, Hardanger pages / Applesauce Aroma Hardanger

 

Salmon from Frøya
Served with cucumber salad from Frosta and the kitchen's vinaigrette.

Reindeer from Liere
Broccoli, carrot, celery puree and pearthe lepot from Frosta. Served with cheese sauce

Red wine - Arc cotes du rhone rouge / Apple most Discovery Hardanger

 

Panna cotta
Made from yoghurt from Røros. Served with raspberry sorbet from Gangstad and fresh berries.

 

Coffee

 

3-course meal incl. aperitif: 1075,-

Drinks for food are bought in the bar.
